To join our program, interested students should:

Complete the online admission form
A copy of the front page of your passport is required. This can be attached in the online admission form, or may be sent separately by email to info@yialarabic.com. Expect a reply within 1-2 days after completing the form.

Pay tuition for first course as well as other applicable fees
Upon acceptance, an initial down-payment is required to secure your spot at the institute. You can pay the initial tuition and fees amount through Western Union, or Bank transfer, or PayPal. More information on payment methods at http://yialarabic.com/yial/studying-at-yial/payment-methods/There is a mandatory registration fee of $25 as well as additional charges for airport pick-up ($25) and accommodation ($240 single room -$360 double room for the first month), if so chosen. Upon receipt of payment, a confirmation email will be sent to you along with a letter of acceptance (to be used when obtaining a student visa) as well as other relevant information for planning your trip.

Forward your travel information to the institute
This should include dates of departure and arrival, as well as airlines and flight numbers. This will help to facilitate the booking of accommodation and other logistical arrangements.

Refund Policy

The student may obtain a 50% refund of tuition fees (but not accommodation fees) if he/she decides to return home in the first month.

If a student is dismissed by the institution for non-compliance with institute rules, they will not be eligible for a refund.
Group discounts are available for family members, friends, and/or groups sent by universities. Please inquire.
